6 offices wounded, suspected arrested after he barricaded himself for hours in North Philadelphia.
Shooting started at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, standoff lasted 8 hours!!
S.W.A.T team evacuated 5 officers trapped inside the row house without serious wounds to officers.
